Dr. Jacob Graboski, PT, DPT
Owner & Founder, Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Jacob Graboski grew up in Stevens Point, Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2016, as well as a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2020. Jacob is a currently a licensed physical therapist with expertise in treating athletes with physical disabilities for sports-related injuries, providing coaching and consultation services to adaptive athletes, and improving overall access to local community-based sports & fitness programming for individuals of all abilities. Jacob founded Adapt Physical Therapy & Fitness in 2021 with the aim of improving the health & well-being of his clients through compassionate listening, individualized assessment & plan of care development, and a commitment to improving the healthcare experience in a safe, adaptable, and encouraging environment.
Gretta Cieslak
Administrative Assistant
Gretta Cieslak is a current student at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. She will be graduating in the spring with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. As part of our team she works as the Inclusive Fitness Trainer to support those with disabilities throughout their fitness journey. Gretta uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed in achieving their goals. Gretta is passionate about helping others and has been working towards her dream of becoming a Physical Therapist. In her free time, Gretta likes to travel, hike, and craft.
Addie Pauling, CTRS
Fitness Instructor
Addie grew up in Appleton, Wisconsin, and currently studies recreational therapy at UW-La Crosse. Addie is a member of the women's soccer team at UW-La Crosse, which fuels her passion for anything fitness and sports related. She loves working with people, building strong relationships, challenging others, challenging herself, and witnessing growth. Addie is working toward a future career in occupational therapy where she can work alongside others to achieve their life goals. When it comes to leisure, she loves playing soccer, volunteering, writing letters, and going on hikes.
Alexa Lang, CPT
Fitness Instructor
Alexa grew up in Winneconne, Wisconsin, and currently attends UW-La Crosse as an Exercise Science major on the pre Physical Therapy track. Alexa has a double minor in coaching and nutrition, and enjoys working with people to help and guide them to their health and wellness goals. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, working out, and helping others.
Addy Walton
Fitness Instructor
Addy grew up in Cottage Grove, MN, and recently graduated from UW-La Crosse with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy at UWL where she hopes to continue to help others optimize movement and achieve their health goals. Addy is passionate about promoting overall health and wellness by developing personalized workouts that are tailored to the unique needs and interests of the individual. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hammocking in the bluffs, and trying new restaurants.
Jonah Zoschke
Fitness Instructor
Jonah grew up in Neillsville, Wisconsin, and is currently an undergraduate student at UW-La Crosse majoring in Exercise and Sport Science on the pre-professional track. He will graduate in May 2025 and continue his education in UWL’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. Jonah is passionate about creating inclusive sport and fitness opportunities for individuals of all abilities and backgrounds by adapting exercises, providing individualized support, and fostering a welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, attending concerts, and reading.
Lauren Franek
Fitness Instructor
Lauren grew up in Mauston, WI and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at UW-La Crosse. Lauren has a deep passion for creating workouts based around every individual’s needs to promote long term wellness and empower individuals to build healthy habits. She believes individual’s personal growth is the most rewarding outcome in this field. In her free time, she enjoys camping, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
